Hi there! I’m Stephanie.
I’m a yoga and fitness instructor and mom of two young boys. My team and I help women, especially expecting and new moms, find strength and confidence in their bodies.
Yoga provides us with amazing tools to do this – mindfulness, meditation, breath work, stretches, wisdom.
We fuse these traditional techniques with modern perinatal fitness research to provide classes that are safe, fun and unique.
Many of my classes are specifically designed to strengthen and rehabilitate the deep core and pelvic floor muscles for both prenatal and postnatal bodies.
